David and his family are in danger if they return to Armenia
The family of David should remain in France A major threat of deportation hanging over the family Hambardzumyan native of Armenia.
After unsuccessful asylum by OFPRA (French Office for Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons) September 22, 2009, the prefect of the Rhone
The use of Ms. Hambardzumyan was therefore refused on 25 January 2011, whereas the obligation to leave French territory can be regarded as affecting his right to respect for his private and family life guaranteed by Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
Hambardzumyan Madam, has left Armenia for Russia with her husband and children there is more than 6 years in 2004.
She no longer has ties to his country of origin.
Madam Hambardzumyan returned to France 25 December 2008 and her children have joined in 2009. Her husband did as she been refused residence permits.
's mother insists that she is David and his family perfectly integrated in France, it has mastered the French language, it has a strong network of friends that her husband is credited with promises of employment, her children are showing remarkable progress in their schooling. David is actually enrolled at the Lycée Givors Picasso in the first year CAP ELEC PRO, and its investment, its seriousness and the strong desire that animates it, make him an exemplary student, trying to get a place in a country which has to give.
This family is now living undocumented in very difficult conditions with great dignity
Besides the traumatic experience that constitutes an expulsion,
Armenia would return to the family Hambardzumyan a serious risk because of threats assault and that her husband has suffered because of his Azeri origins.
